J. Crew, Anthropologie and Bath & Body Works Haul

To continue with my series of haul from last time, which was just totally dedicated to makeup. This one is more well round, because it have both clothes, house decorations and body products. Anyway, I hope you all will enjoy it and I'll probably get the rest of the haul up later today for my Asian makeup products.

J. Crew:

Pixie Pants- The only reason that I went to J. Crew, was because I really wanted the Pixie Pants that they had. Missglamorazzi aka Ingrid and Flowerbomb31 aka Natalie really enjoys wearing them and recommended them to their viewers, so I just had to get them. So I bought 4 of the Pixie Pants, 2 in Black and 2 in Heather Charcoal. And these pants are such an investment, because they cost $88 each. But I was lucky enough that I got a 10% discount and they were having a 60% sale off their whole entire store the time I went. So I bought all of these for only $127 instead of the real price without the discount and sale which is suppose to be $352. So I just saved over $100 right there, what an awesome deal!

Anthropologie: I got quite a few decorations for my house. I'll start off with the decorations than I'll get into the shoe that I bought.

1.) Pattern II Pillow
2.) 2 Alvarie Pillows in Brown Multicolor and White Multicolor
3.) Handpainted Tiger Pillow in Orange
4.) Pink Throw Blanket

And a few of these pillows are on my bedroom sofa and chairs. And a few are in the living room for decorations as well.

1.) Tree Monogram- Really vintage and I've used this for decorations in my bathroom.
2.) Colorful Pinwale Alphabet- I've put this on my one of my walls.
3.) A Real Hoot Canister of an Owl- For this one, my mom really wanted it for decorations in the living room so she have decorated it in the living room.
4.) Cursive Knobs- And I got a few of these cursive knobs for decorations in the living room because they were only $12 and I got them to spell my family last name.
5.) Timepiece Knob- And this was the last decoration that I bought, because it really remind me of Louis Vuitton. And I absolutely love Louis Vuitton. I actually have a few of his stuffs.

Shoes-
Colorcode Tan Wedges- Since this was a neutral color and I love wedges, I could wear this all year round.

Bath & Body Works- I haven't been into Bath & Body Works in a long time, so I was really overwhelmed and I just kind of bought everything. Which is really bad, but I do love all of the things that I bought.

1.) Coconut Water Home Fragrance Oil
2.) Aloha Vanilla 4 oz. Slatkin & Co. Candle
3.) Bahama Fizz 4 oz. Slatkin & Co. Candle
4.) Bali Mango Anti-Bacterial Power Pack
5.) Pink Chiffon Body Lotion
6.) Pink Chiffon Eau de Toilette
7.) Pink Chiffon Mini Shower Gel
8.) Rio Rumberry Triple Moisture Body Cream
9.) Rio Rumberry Mini Shimmer Mist
10.) Spring Wallflower
11.) Sunrise Lagoon 14.5 oz Slatkin & Co. Candle

Homemade Lip Scrub

Not everyone have the money to spend $5 or more dollars on a lip scrub. So today I decided to do a little blog post on a "homemade lip scrub" that you can make right off the bat from your kitchen. This lip scrub will exfoliate your lips to a nice smooth surface, but will still give your lips the moisture that you want. All you need are just a few items and just a few easy steps.

Ingredients:
1.) 100% Honey
2.) Brown Sugar or Regular Sugar(not Splenda)

Tools:
1.) Little jar
2.) Teaspoon

Steps:
1.) Take about a full teaspoon of sugar or brown sugar and put it in your little jar.
2.) Pour the amount of honey your desire and put it in the jar with the sugar. I usually pour just to where I think is enough, I don't measure it. So I would say just over a half of teaspoon is good for a little jar.
3.) Mix the sugar and honey together.
4.) You are done!
5.) The lip scrub is ready to be use.

Haul: Ulta, Sephora, MAC, Lush and J. Crew

I did some shopping on Saturday with my a few of my friends and my family. So I picked up some beauty products and a few clothing and accessories that I've been wanting for a few weeks now. To get it out there I bought everything with my own money. Lets get started...

Ulta:

1. Maybelline Dream Bouncy Blushes- Many beauty gurus like macbarbie07 really love the Maybelline bouncy blushes, which have came out for over a month now. I've been wanting this since so many people are raving about it, but I do know that xsparkage aka Leesha doesn't like it. Which makes me want to try it even more. So I picked up 4 shades in Hot Tamale, Coffee Cake, Fresh Pink and Plum Wine. By far I am liking it. I've wore it twice already and I really like how it feels and look.

2. Maybelline Eye Studio Color Tattoo 24hr Cream Gel Shadow- If you guys know from my previous haul or the one before that I bought the new L'Oreal cream shadows and I really liked it. Now Maybelline has comes out with their own version of a cream/gel shadows and since I was so impress with the L'Oreal one I decided to give the Maybelline one a try. I bought 3 colors in Tenacious Teal, Fierce and Tangy and Pomegranate Punk. I am also really impress by these color tattoos. I've used Tenacious Teal and Pomegranate Punk yesterday and it has lasted all day for me. Maybelline has come out with a lot of great affordable products lately.

3. Revlon ColorStay Longwear Nail Enamels- I absolutely love Revlon nail polishes. I love their consistency and their lasting power. So I could not pass it up that they came out with a new line of nail polishes and it has Halle Berry as the model, I absolutely adore her. Anyway, I bought 2 polishes from them in Spanish Moss and French Roast. I've apply French Roast last night and I really like the consistency of it.

So that was all I picked up at Ulta. Now I'll go to what I bought at Sephora, than MAC, Lush and J. Crew.

Sephora:

1. Boyfriend Billionaire Boyfriend Eau de Parfum 1.7oz- I have never tried the original Boyfriend scent and most people says that they like the original one a bit better, but they still liked it anyway. This scent is very sexy and professional in my opinion and I've let my mom smelled it and she really likes it. She actually ask if she could use it as well and I was like "of course". So this scent I guess is very universal and will suit most people, but it won't suit everyone because I know that some people don't like it. But I really like it and I love the packaging. And this scent was actually design by Kate Walsh.

2. NARS Hanamichi Eye Shadow Palette- NARS recently came out with a gorgeous and unique eyeshadow palette called Hanamichi. I've not tried it, but I am really excited too since NARS is my favorite cosmetics brand by far. It also comes with a brush.

3. Ojon Volume Advance Kit- I am not sure when my last hair care routine was, but I've switched from that since December. So I really need to switch it up again, but don't worry I'll be doing what my current hair care routine is very soon. But I bought this new Ojon Volume Advance Hair Products Kit and it comes with a shampoo, conditioner, hair treatment and thickening spray. I really need this kit, because I feel like my hair is really flat and so thin lately. I don't know why this is happening or maybe it is just my illusion. But I haven't used any Ojon or products in this kit yet so I am very excited. But I first will used all of the products from my current hair care routine first and than I'll do an updated one. Than, I'll try this Ojon kit and if I really like it, I'll an updated updated updated hair care routine.

4. Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Gel Liner- I have a Bobbi Brown gel liner in Black Ink and it is my favorite. So now I decided to get a new one in a different shade that I haven't tried and it is Black Mauve Shimmer Ink. I feel that this color is so unique and pretty and it is true.

MAC:
I guess MAC has came out with a ton of new collections lately. But I only picked up what I actually really interested in from their new collections.

A Shade of Red for Every Heart Collection:

1. Lip Pencil- Beet
2. Pro Longwear Lipglass- Lasting Achievement

Mineralize Perfectly Finished Collection:

1. Mineralize Concealer- NC 15

Vera Collection:

1. Strawberry Patch Crush Metallic Pigments Set
2. Pearlglide Intense Eye Liners- Industrial, Designer Purple and Black Line
3. Plushglass- Butterfly Dream
4. Pearlmatte Face Powders- Sunday Afternoon and Flower Fantasy

Cook MAC Collection:

1. Tendertone Lip Balms- Hot 'n' Saucy, Purring and Tread Gently
2. Nail Lacquers- Al Fredo

Shop MAC Collection:
1. Cremeblend Blushes- Restores Dazzle! and Florida
2. Lipsticks- Dish It Up, Naughty Saute and Watch Me Simmer

Lush:

1. No Drought- I've been wanting to try the LUSH dry shampoo, so I finally went into the store and the girl that was working there recommended me the "No Drought" dry shampoo. If you don't know what dry shampoo is, basically it is just like what it says a "dry shampoo". You don't need to wash or wet your hair. All you do is either spray or put a little bit to the root of your hair and it will soaked in all the grease and oil and make your hair look like you just washed it. When all you really do was just put some powder on your hair.

2. Mint Juleps- I never tried a lush lip scrub, until recently a few of the beauty gurus I watched start showing them in their videos. So I decided to pick up Mint Juleps out of the 3 flavors they have for their lip scrubs so far. And I love how you can just lick it off when you are on the go!

3. Lip Balms/Tint- I already have two of LUSH lip balms in tin form and I really like them. So I decided to pick up 3 more in Snow Fairy, A Million Kisses and Latte.

J. Crew:

1. Chambray Bayou Tunic in Navy- A really nice laid back top. A nice summer shirt, but can definitely be layered for fall and winter.

2. Classic Donegal Tweed Schoolboy Blazer in Sepia- Blazers are one of those fashion pieces that are very professional, but definitely wearable at the same time. So I think that you should invest in a really good blazer, like the one in Sepia that I bought.

3. Bright Multicolor Floral Scarf- This scarf is very out there and great for the summer or just any season if you want a pop of color.

4. Snakeskin Belt- I really like this belt. It is very Coach and fashion show inspired. I would describe this belt as a high fashion style belt.

5.) Solid Opaque Tights- I don't have any bright colors tight, because I just can't seem to find them anywhere. Than, I went into the tight sections of J. Crew and found a bajillion of colorful tights. But I only end up buying a bright orange and a bright berry pink color tights. These would look so good with boots.

These are everything that I bought during my mall shopping on this past Saturday.

All Drugstore Makeup for Middle Schoolers

Really long time no see, to all of my lovely readers! I have just been so busy more than any other months and I was just having so much stress and many problems. Now since it is the weekend and I am in such a good mood that most of my stress and problems are over, I decided to do a makeup tutorial. This will be an "all drugstore makeup for middle school" and of course you do not have to be in middle school to wear this. You can be any age to wear this much makeup, but I wouldn't suggest to wear this much if you are younger than a middle school age. Anyway, I am going to stop rambling and lets come and get onto the actual tutorial.

Face:

1.) First thing first, start off by moisturizing your face with Clean & Clear FINISHES Pore Perfecting Moisturizer SPF 15 to your desire. Make sure to get your ears and neck as well, not just your face. Than, wait for about 30 seconds after you apply the moisturizer, so that your face will let time for it to get soaked in.

2.) Next, apply about a dime size amount of Palladio Herbal Foundation Primer which is of course just a regular foundation/face primer. Now this product is not exactly at the drugstore, but it is a drugstore price and you can either order it online or buy it at Sally's Beauty Supply. Than, wait for about a minute so that the primer will get work into your skin.

3.) This step is for if you have bags or under eyes circles and that is to apply either "Garnier Skin Renew Anti-Dark Circle Eye Roller" if you have under eyes circles. And if you have bags I would suggest the "Garnier Nutritioniste Skin Renew Anti-Puff Eye Roller" instead.

4.) Now, for face imperfections such as scarring and blemishes I recommend to apply the Maybelline SuperStay 24HR Concealer in your shades. This is my all time favorite drugstore concealer, it covers imperfections very well. So a little goes a very long way with it. Although, it might be a little to thick under your eyes.

5.) If your cheeks already have colors to it, I wouldn't say that you need a blush. But if your cheeks has no colors or if you just want a nice blush for school I would say to go for the "Revlon Cream Blushes". They have it in two shades so far and they are both really wearable and will suit most skin tone. Also, since it is a cream blush it will last throughout the day. And you can just apply it with your fingers.

6.) If your skin is oily I would say to set your face with a big fluffy powder brush with Maybelline Shine Free Oil Control Translucent Pressed Powder. Now, if your skin need just a bit more coverage than I would say to set it with Neutrogena Mineral Sheers Compact Powder Foundation with a big fluffy powder brush as well.

That is it for your face, now lets get going for your eyes.

For eyes I wouldn't say to wear any shadows, but you can wear a bit of eyeliner and mascara.

Eyes:

1.) For liner, I would recommend to go with a pencil liner since it is the easiest to apply. I would say to go with a brown or light colors liners, because colors and black liners will be too dramatic in my opinion. So I would recommend any Maybelline, Rimmel, Prestige, Wet n' Wild, Milani, L'Oreal and Revlon liners.

2.) For mascara, my all time favorite mascaras are by Maybelline, Covergirl and Rimmel. So any of their mascaras will do just fine. But don't forget to curl your lashes, it makes a huge difference. Revlon, ELF and Sonia Kashuk make really great eyelashes curlers.

Lips:

1.) For lips, go easy, natural and elegant. So start off my moisturizing your lips with a SPF lip balm or chapstick. My favorite are by Softlips and EOS lip balms.

2.) For gloss, I would say to hands down go with Palladio Herbal Lipglosses or Revlon Colorburst Lipglosses. These are my top two favorite drugstore price lipglosses. For Palladio, I would go for shades in Pink Pearl, Champagne and See Thru for middle school. As for Revlon Colorburst Lipglosses, shades that are appropriate for middle school are Crystal Lilac, Pink Ice, Peony, Gold Dust and Rosegold.

Last but certainly not least, is to set everything with a makeup setting spray. My all time favorite drugstore is the ELF Studio Makeup Mist & Set only for $3 at Target.

That is all I have to suggest for you for an all drugstore makeup for middle school.
