Good Drugstore Concealer

There are billions of concealers on the markets out there. Some are suppose to be really versatile, but some are only for one specific duty. And I feel that this is going to be a really useful post for anyone out there, especially for beginners. Usually, for beginners I would suggest to go with more cheaper drugstore products, because if you don't like the product you won't feel so regretful buying it. Well, this concealer I guarantee will work wonders for most people. It is the Maybelline SuperStay 24HR Concealer. You can find it at any drugstores around you.

Maybelline SuperStay 24HR Concealer is my all time favorite drugstore concealer so far. It is really a good unique versatile product. It says to work really well on your face, as well as your eyes. I also happen to find that it is really great if you want a really great eyeshadow primer. I have used it a few times as an eye shadow primer and it really does help make the colors more vibrant and last longer. But obviously if you compare it to a product that was MEANT as an eyeshadow primer it will definitely work better. Since, the concealer wasn't targeted as an eye primer, although it still work great if you are just going to run some few little errands or if you are a beginner. So than you won't have to buy a concealer and an eyeshadow primer.

But to be talking on how it covers imperfections, it works great. You may notice if you have tried a few different concealers, that sometime when you put it on the imperfections and blend it out you can still see the imperfections since you are kind of wiping the concealer away. But that doesn't happen with the Maybelline SuperStay 24HR concealer. It really does covers up imperfections on my face really well. As for the eyes, I find that a little bit really goes along way with the concealer. You need the littlest amount and it will cover up any redness or dark circles. Although, I do have to warn you that it works differently with everyone and that if you use a bit too much of it, it can look cakey or crease under your eyes. So be careful with how much you apply.

Overall, I would recommend it to anyone. And I would rate this a 4 out of 5 since it does crease if you use too much, but I am pretty sure that happens to 70% of the concealers out there. And that it does not have a lot of shade ranges. They only have 5 shades so far, but hopefully they will come out with more ranges of shades for every skintone out there.

Christmas Books Haul

Like I've said in my "what i get for christmas" or something along those lines blog post, I'll be doing a separate haul on the books that I had received as Christmas presents. So every Christmas, I always received books from my relatives because I am SUCH a bookworm. I literally read 1-2 hours everyday. I usually read at night though, since it is more quiet in my house. And I am not doing this post to brag about what books I received for free. It is just that I really enjoy books hauls, as many of you have already know.

1.) The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo by Stieg Larsson- As many of you may know, "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" has just released a movie for it which is currently playing in theaters right now. And I've seen the trailer for the movie since October and it seemed really interesting so I ask for the book for Christmas. Because I am planning on seeing the movie with my family and a few of my friends after I finished reading the book. Because I am already half way done through it. I get so sucked into the storyline. It is really interesting. It was given to me by my dad.

2.) The Girl that Played with Fire by Stieg Larsson- Then, I guess he decided to get the next book after the dragon tattoo one. Which, is "The Girl that Played with Fire". And I am already excited to read this one.

3.) A Game of Thrones A Song of Ice and Fire: Book 1 by George R. R. Martin-This next book is also really interesting. I didn't ask for it, but my uncle just bought it for me. I am probably going to read this after I finished with The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. I've read the back cover and it quite interesting.

4.) The Lady of the Rives by Philippa Gregory- This one I had asked for for because I absolutely love like ancient European history novels. And not to mention that I love Philippa Gregory books.

5.) The Best of Me by Nicholas Sparks- Nicholas Sparks just released his latest book which is "The Best of Me". And Nicholas Sparks is definitely one of my all time favorite author. His books all have a great storyline, I actually own 95% of his books. And a lot of them get made into movies like "A Walk to Remember".

6.) Can you keep a Secret? by Sophie Kinsella- The next book that I received was on my Christmas wishlist. I also love Sophie Kinsella books. I've bought 2 of her books last summer and it was absolutely beautiful. Her books are more of a fast beach read. And I am sometime into these kinds of books, so I had to ask for it for Christmas.

7.) Shiver by Maggie Stiefvater- The next book is "Shiver". It is in a trilogy with 2 other books after it. But I read some reviews online of the book and it seem to be a really good book. So I asked for it for Christmas to see my opinions on it.

8.) The Carrie Diaries by Candace Bushnell- One of my all time favorite book series are the Sex and the City series by Candace Bushnell. I've read all 6 books in the series, so I decided that I wanted the latest one that she had released for the series and it is "Summer and the City". I literally, recommend this book to any girl that is girly and interested in chic flick dramas if you know what I mean.

That was all the books that I had received for my Christmas presents.

Did I Break My Bad Beauty Habits?

About a little over a month ago I did a blog post of my bad beauty habits. So if you haven't seen that one, feel free to check it out in my November blog posts category. Anyway, in that post I stated my 10 bad beauty habits. Those habits can make me regret it in either the long run or currently. And I've said that a month than I will be doing an updated blog post of whether I succeeded at breaking them or not. And I am going in order down the list exactly the way they are in "my bad beauty habits" post. If you are wondering than keep on reading...

1.) I have to admit that I cannot stop rubbing my eyes. It is just really hard for me to break it. I don't know how I can stop that. So if you have any suggestions on what I can do to stop it please please say it in the comment section below.

2.) Now, this next post I have to say that I did break it. Everytime I go outside my house roof I always always applied either a sunscreeen or a lotion with at least SPF 15. And this was started into a good habits for me now.

3.) This next one, I also can't stop like my first habit. It is just really hard and that is touching my eyes. And I hate this one the most after my first bad beauty habits. Because sometime I just do it without thinking or I sometime touch it because it gets itchy which is so annoying.
And the same thing goes with this one, if you have any helpful advice on how I can stop touching my face throughout the day than please leave it down below.

4.) The fourth one for me is kind of a 50/50. Because I don't backcomb my hair everyday now. Although, I do do it sometime which is like 1 out of every two weeks. So I guess you can say I did break it, because I only now tease it when I REALLY HAVE to.

5.) The same thing goes for the fifth one with me. I don't put my hair that much up anymore. I usually leave it down. But I do put it up sometime, but very rare that you'll see me with my hair up. I would say that from that blog post till now I think I've only putted my hair up with a rubber band 3-4 times altogether.

6.) This next one I failed at. I think that I've only washed my pillow cases 2 times from November 26 and it is now December 28. Which, I should've wash it twice as much but I usually forget about washing them.

7.) The seventh one for me is like a few of my other habits. I never ever braid my hair now, but only for one time when I wanted my hair to look wavy and beachy.

8.) I still cannot break my eight beauty habits. I still go to bed sometime with hairspray. This is bad for both my hair and skin, but it is just really really hard for me to break it. I tried to stop it although I still do it from time to time. So any suggestions please if it down below.

9.) For painting my nails, I'd have to say that I did succeed in it. Every single weekend so far I've let my nails to breathe without anything on it for at least a full 24 hours. So hooray for this one!

10.) My last and only bad beauty habits I could think of is sleeping with wet hair. I did break this one off as well. I can't really think of a time since the 26th of last month that I slept with my hair wet or damp.

So that is my update on my bad beauty habits. And remember I would love to take any suggestions any of you have on how I can break my bad beauty habits. Because I really do need advice and tips on a few of them.

My Favorite Drugstore/High End Face Highlighters

During December I've been loving to highlight my skin every day I wear makeup. And I have quuite a bit of products that I've been using to highlight my face. They range from drugstore to high end products. And they are in no particular of how I like them. I love all of them equally.

If you don't know what a highlighter is. Basically, it is just product that you can use on your face or just anywhere on your body to make your skin glow and brighten. The places that you can highlight on your face are your cheekbones, chin, cupid bow, bridge of your nose, middle of your forehead, inner corner and under your brows. I would recommend to highlight anything that you want to look bigger and brighter. If you have oily skin, I would recommend avoiding highlighting your t-zone area. Which, is basically your forehead, nose and chin. The cupid bow is an exception to the t-zone.

Drugstore:
Revlon Colorstay Mineral Finishing Power in 010 Brighten
Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Double Ended Concealer/ Highlighter
Maybelline Expert Wear Single Eyeshadow in Champagne Fizz

High End:

Benefit High Beam
Benefit Watt's Up!
Givenchy Mister Bright Touch of Light Pen in Moon Light
Giorgio Armani Fluid Sheer in #2
Guerlain Precious Light Rejuvinating Illuminator in 00
NARS Illuminators in Copacobana, Orgasm and Super Orgasm
NARS Powder Blush in Albatross
MAC Mineralize Skinfinish in By Candlelight and Soft and Gentle
MAC Cream Colour Bases
MAC Pigments in Naked, Vanilla, Frozen White and Pink Opal

I really hope that this post was helpful to you. Maybe it can inspires to get into highlighting if you didn't already yet. Overall, I just hope that this post will inform and you all learn something from it.

Holiday Gift Ideas for People that is Interested in the Entertainment Industry

Santa Clause is coming to town! Hey, everyone I am totally in the Wintery Christmas mood. I mean come on Christmas is next week and winter is in just a few days. And I hope that you guys are maybe still shopping for Christmas presents, because this is also another holiday gift suggestions. But it is mainly focus more toward people that are interested in the entermainment industry. Because I love acting and if you didn't know I am currently sign to an acting agency. I basically, just love everything about the entertainment industry. On my free time I like to dance and sing.

Acting:

Books- "Hollywood 101 The Film Industry" or "The Power of the Actor The Chubbuck Technique" These are great little gift ideas, that I think will suits everyone that are interested in the film industry. Whether, it is more of acting, directing, producing, scriptwriting etc these books will cover all of that.

Movies- I am sure that if they are interested in the film entertainment industry they will like to watch movies. I mean if you watch movies a lot you will know how to act better and the techniques of directing, producing, script writing, lighting etc and just anything that are related to the film industry. So pick out a few movies DVDs that you think they will like. I personally like action, funny, chic flick and romance so I would totally love to received any movies in these categories. A few of my recommendations are Angelina Jolie's movies. She is my ALL time favorite actress. I mean her movies has a lot a lot of actions and sometime it is romance, so I just love her. Not to mention that she is a really nice person, I personally think.

Dramas/Tv Shows- If the person you are looking for is more of a tv fanatic, I would definitely recommend buying dvds of their favorite tv shows. But make sure that they don't already have it. So let say if they like watching "Lost" than buy them the seasons dvds where they have all of the episodes from all seasons. This way they can watch it anytime they want to.

Film Camera- If they are more interested in the filming part of the acting industry. I would say to go ahead and buy a small film camera. But I have to warn you that it can be quite expensive. But this is only if you have the money for it.

Movies Tickets- And we cannot forget about the movies tickets. So buy them a ticket to a movie that is currently showing in the big screen and that they would want to see. They can also get to enjoy their time watching it with the person they love and care about.

Singing:
If they are more into the singing part of the entertainment industry, than here are my suggestions.

Albums- Definitely, buying an album of their favorite singer or band would totally be really sweet to them. But again make sure they don't already have that album. So I really like Girls' Generation so getting anything from them even their album will totally make my day.

Photobooks- Some celebrities or bands sometime has photobooks. Like Girls' Generation they have 3 photoboooks so far and the third one that they released is on my Christmas Wishlist. Since, I do have their first two photobooks already. It is also just a really nice way, because they can look at their favorite artist or artists.

Concert Tickets- If you are willing to spend a bit more money, than I would say to go for concert tickets. You can buy tickets for you, the person you are giving it to and a few of your other friends and just enjoy your time at your person favorite artist or bands concert.

Dancing: Not only is dancing fun, but it is also a great fun exercise. You get to workout and have a fun time at the same time.

Dance Class- If you are willing to spend a bit more money for the person that you are giving the present to. I would suggest to pay for their dance class. You can either pay for the dance class that they are currently enroll in, or you can find them a dance class and pay it for them. Maybe for a whole month, or even an entire year if you are willing to.

Dance Workout- Or maybe on the Christmas day or just somewhere around there you can spend an hour or more dancing to you guys favorite songs.

Modeling: I also think that modeling is also part of the entertainment industry. I don't know it might just be me, but I totally think that modeling is definitely one part of the entertainment industry.

Stores- I think that if your person is interested in modeling. I think that 90& of the time they are interested in fashion. Since, runway modeling is a popular part of modeling and it definitely involve fashion. So give them gift card or gift cards to their favorite clothing stores. They will get to try on different clothes and buy them for free. So definitely gift cards for favorite clothing store(s).

Runway Ticket- If you have money or live near somewhere where there is are huge fashion shows going on. Definitely, buy them a ticket to a fashion show. Because they will get to take a closer look at the modeling industry. And you can even buy VIP pass for him/her so that they will get to see maybe one of their favorite model closer.

Universal: And universally, there are posters for everything in the entertainment industry. If your person is interested in acting get a poster of their favorite movie or actor/actress. If your person is more into singing get a poster of their favorite artist(s). For dancing, get them a poster that represent dancing. And same thing goes for modeling, get them a poster or just a big picture of their favorite model or clothing brand.

Hopefully, this blog post will cover up any of the entertainment industry part the person you are looking gifts for.

Bath & Body Works Haul

I am not in California, if you've may already know from my last blog post. Because I am now in Tennessee for Christmas with my grandparents from my dad side. Every single Christmas so far we've always celebrate the holiday and winter season with them, so it's like our little tradition. Since, we don't get to see each other that often and dad get to meet his old friends and I get to meet some of my other relatives. Today my grandma wanted to go to the mall, since she wanted to shop for some more Christmas presents. And I actually get to go to the local Bath & Body Works here at the mall, I only bought things from B&Bw. Although, we did went to a lot of other stores as well.

Bath & Body Works has a release a bajillion of new scents since the Black Friday sale, which I cannot believe was almost a month ago. So I did pick up some new scents in various of different types of products.

1.) Vanillatini- This scent is so freaking winter vanilla. I love how it smells and it just make me love winter more and more everyday. So I picked up it in the full size body lotion and the full size shimmer mist forms.

2.) Pluggable Home Fragrance Starters- Than, I picked up some fragrance starters for the wallflowers I picked up 6 of them, because they were just too cute to resist them. The seven that I picked up are the Snowman, Green & White Holly Leaf, Pink Bow, Clear Snowflake Night Light, Double Tree and Jewel Amber Snowflake.

3.) Wallflowers- I haven't bought any wallflowers at all I've believed since like months ago. So I went a little crazy on them, since beside from burning candles I also like to have wallflowers on. And they have been pushed to the side for me, so I am glad to get back on to them again. The scents that I got the wallflowers in are Winter Garland, Winter, Twisted Peppermint, Cranberry Pear Bellini, Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin, Marshmallow Fireside, Cranberry Woods, Fresh Balsam, Pumpkin Caramel Latte, Cinnamon Sugared Donut, Apple Crumble, Homemade Cookie, Eucalyptus Mint, Creamy Pumpkin, Leaves, Warm Vanilla Sugar, Black Raspberry Vanilla, Merry Mistletoe, Candied Sugar Plum, Hot Buttered Rum, S'mores, Spiced Apple Toddy, Marshmallow Peppermint and Gingerbread. They were having some great deals for these wallflowers. So the deal was that it was a 4 for $20 or 6 for $24, so I obviously went with 6 for $24.

4.) Anti-Bacterial Hand Soaps- For the soaps the deal was 4 for $15 or 6 for $20. I went with the 4 for $15 since I am not into soaps that much, but I do love the scents that they were in and I would definitely love my hands to smell like them. The scents I bought are Iced Gingerbread, Mistletoe Kiss, Sparkling Snow and Apple Wreath.

5.) Strawberry Sparkler- I also absolutely love the Strawberry Sparkler scent. So I picked up the scent in the full size body lotion, shimmer mist and shower gel.

6.) Hand Santizers- I might sound like a clean freak, but I hate germs. I really hate them. So I love carrying hand sanitizers with me. And B&BW make the best travel size hand sanitizers I've ever tried. So it is a hit for me for the colder months, because colds are passing by everyone. I picked up 10 of the anti-bacterial pocketbac sanitizers in Pink Sugarplum, Winter Cranberry, Chocolate Chunk Cookie, Christmas Candy, Peppermint Patty, Winter Blue Chiffon, Brownie Mix, Berry Twinkle, Twisted Peppermint and Vanilla Sprinkle Cookie. They were also having a deal on the hand sanitizers, it was 5 for $5.

That is all what I bought at Bath & Body Works today. So, I am all stock up for winter and new years and probably till next winter. I am so excited to smells and smells like these scents they are so yummy and just smells good. Have a safe happy holiday everyone!

Simple Wintery Makeup

As, this blog post is going up, I am actually on the plane heading to Tennessee with my family. Although, right now my dad isn't coming with us yet, because he doesn't get off of work until next week. So right now, everyone is coming on the plane ride with me except my dad. But that's okay because I still got my mommy, I know that I sound like a little kid.

Anyway, this post is not about me rambling on and on about my life. Instead it is going to be a really nice simple wintery makeup. This look will look absolutely gorgeous in the winter months, but of course you can wear it all year round. I though like it more and think that it match perfectly for winter. It is super simple and easy to do. I do use a lot of high end brands, but the products are really dupable. Lets get started...

Eyes:

1.) You know the drill, start off by priming your eyes mine as always is using the Palladio Herbal Eye Primer.

2.) Take your ring finger and dip it into Buxom Stay-There Eyeshadow in Poodle. Which, is just a really light buildable pale yellow gold color. And just apply a light coat of that onto your lid and crease.

3.) Than, take a fluffly angle crease brush, on one of the flat side take Too Faced Eyeshadow in Socialite and just apply that all over your lid.

4.) On that same fluffly angle crease brush, take Inglot Cosmetics Eyeshadow in number 31 and apply that into 3/4 of the way into the crease. Than, also take it onto the lower lash lines as well.

5.) Clean that brush out real good. Now take any matte white eyeshadow and apply that right underneath your brows.

6.) Than, with that same brush take Urban Decay Eyeshadow in Sin and just apply that onto the inner corner and blend it up lightly onto your lid and a bit on the really inner of your lower lash lines.

7.) Curl your lashes.

8.) Apply a coat of your favorite mascara or just at the moment. My favorite currently is the Josie Maran GOGO Instant Natural Volume Argan Mascara in Black.

Cheeks:

1.) Any blush will really go with this look. But since it is headed for winter, I would suggest something that it not coral or peach.

Lips:

1.) And the same thing goes for the lips. Any, lip color that I could think of will go with this look.

Hope you all enjoy my makeup tutorial!

Red Eyeshadows

Red! Red! Red! are really in for the upcoming fall seasons. If you guys didn't know already reds, crimsons or just any color that has red undertones are going to be super in this winter. In fact, it is already in style I've seen many models on the runway back in February for Fall/Winter 2011 and a lot of them has something in the red family on. Especially, red shadows; lips and nails, although today I'll be focusing all on the red shadows and how to rock them.

Now, red is not an easy color to rock especially on the eyes. Because ESPECIALLY if you have blue eyes it can make you look dead and sick. So my number one tip for that is "LESS is BEST". Meaning, you can still wear red eye makeup but you don't want it to be too stand out. You don't want red eyeshadows all over your eyes pairing it with red lips, that is just not flattering.

But if you don't have blue eyes, you probably can rock it however you want. Just make sure you look great in it.

Also, one last advice for me is to use a MATTE red color, not shimmery. Since, red is already a BOLD color having shimmers in it will just compete with the boldness which can conclude to tackiness. So I would suggest investing in a MATTE red eyeshadow over a shimmery or one that is lustre or has a schene to it.

My two favorite red shadows are ones by Make Up For Ever and Hot Topic.

Make Up For Ever Eyeshadow #158
Hot Topic Red Eyeshadow

If you don't want to spend too much money on a red shadow, I would say to go with the Hot Topic one. But if you don't mind or is a MUFE freak than I would recommend going with the Make Up For Ever #158 Eyeshadow. They are both a true matte red eyeshadow color.

I am not sure if they still sells the Hot Topic red eyeshadow, because I bought it back in the summer of 2009. And today I went onto the Hot Topic site and search for the red shadow that I have, but it wasn't on the site. So I don't know about that, but if you do see them in Hot Topic I would recommend to go ahead and snatch it up if you are interested.

Hot Topic- Hot Topic(obviously)

Corinthian Makeup Tutorial

Hello, all my lovely readers! Today as you can tell by the title of this blog post, I will be doing another makeup tutorial. It is a very wearable makeup look, but it still somehow has that slight tint of color which doesn't make it your typical everyday makeup look. You can definitely wear this look going out, taking pictures etc because it will be something different, but is still wearable for any occassion as far as I can think of. Lets get into it, shall we?

Eyes:

1.) You know the drill, as always start off by applying a base or a primer to your eyes. I currently really really like the Palladio Herbal Eye Shadow Primer. It is really comparable to the Urban Decay Primer Potion and the Too Faced Shadow Insurance.

2.) Next, take a flat stiff eyeshadow shader brush and pack on a barely pinked gold shimmery eyeshadow color. I am using the MAC Single Eyeshadow in "Gleam" from their permanent line. But just any eyeshadow like this will do it justice.

3.) Take any crease brush with Le Metier de Beaute Eye Shadow in Corinthian and just apply that directly into my crease. You should stop about half way in.

4.) Take a fluffy blending brush with Laura Mercier Matte Eye Colour Shadow in Cafe au Lait and just dust that above the Corinthian eyeshadow as a transitional blending color.

5.) With the same fluffly blending brush we just used wipe it off really well and blend the crease color with the transitional color nicely.

6.) Go back with the first flat stiff shader brush we used take the same Gleam eyeshadow and just reapply it. Since, with all the blending and other colors we apply afterward can reduce its appearance.

7.) Than, take a clean highlighting brush take the Bobbi Brown Eyeshadow in Ivory and apply that onto the brow bone or just any matte creamy white color will work.

8.) With the same highlighting brush take the "Morphine" eyeshadow from the Kat Von D True Romance Palette in Angeles and just apply that right into the inner corner. It basically is just a cream irridescent white.

9.) For the liners, we are going to just line our upper waterline or you can call it the tideline with a dark purple color to compliments the purple in the Corinthian eyeshadow. I will using the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Eye Pencil in Rockstar for now.

10.) Curl your lashese and appyl your favorite mascara to your upper and lower lashes. My favorite currently at the moment is the Josie Maran GOGO Instant Natural Volume Argan Mascara in Black.

Cheeks:

1.) Make sure that you really highlight your cheekbones, because we really want that nice glow to your skin. My favorite highlighter at the moment is the Giorgio Armani Fluid Sheer in #2.

2.) For blush, I want a nice cool tone pink color so I will using the Clarins Blush Prodige Illuminating Cheek Colour in Lilac Pink.

Lips:

1.) Make sure your lips are well moisturize, I moisturized it with one of the Jack Black lip balm.

2.) Apply a pink lipstick mine is YSL Rouge Volupte Radiant Lipstick in Fetish Pink.

3.) Than, for gloss apply a warm tone gloss I will be using the Maybelline Color Sensational Lipgloss in Broadway Bronze.

That is it for the Corinthian Makeup Tutorial! Hope you all liked it!

Makeup Tutorial: Muted Purple Look

Today, I'll be sharing with you one of my favorite makeup look that I like to do. It is really easy and simple. Everyone can achieve this look, you do not have to have the exact same products that I used. The colors are very dupable, so just make it to suit your own taste.

Eyes:

1.) Take MAC eyeshadow in "Sketch" with a MAC 224 fluffly blending brush and just dust it into the crease. Having this really fluffy brush gives it a really nice application and it blends it right off the bat, rather than having to placing the color on and blending it out later.

2.) Than, take the same MAC 224 brush with NYX single eyeshadow in "Slate" and you are going to just put it right on top of "Sketch". It will kind of muted out the purple. You want most of the concentration on the crease, but it's okay if you kind of blend it down onto the lid. You just want most of the concentration onto the crease.

3.) Clean that 224 brush really well for your highlight color. Take that same 224 brush with NYX single eyeshadow in "Aloha", you're going to just place it on your brow bones and right in the inner corner for highlights.

4.) Now we are going to take any creamy black eyeliner, so I'm taking Urban Decay 24/7 Eyeliner in Zero and line my waterline with it. Next, you are going to just take a small pencil brush and just kind of blend/smudge out the creamy black pencil liner onto the lower lash line a bit. And just take the same black eyeliner and line your upper waterline aka tideline.

5.) Than, with a Sonia Kashuk Small Angled Liner Brush take any black gel liner that you have and make a slight wing with it on your upper lash line. I am using the Maybelline Eye Studio Gel Liner in 950 Blackest Black.

6.) The last step for the eyes are to just curl your lashes and apply 1-2 coats of your favorite mascara. Mine at the moment is the Josie Maran GOGO Instant Natural Volume Argan Mascara in Black. I think that I got this mascara back maybe around October in my Sephora Lash Stash Set. It came with a bunch of other bestselling high end mascaras for Sephora in 2011.

Cheeks:

1.) First, off for cheeks I'm going to take an angle blush brush with my favorite bronzer of the moment which is the Lancome Star Bronzer Natural Matte Long Lasting Brozing Powder in Sunbath. And I am going to only apply in the hallows of cheeks to accentuate the look of me having a high cheekbone.

2.) The last step is to take a blush brush with any plumy rose blush color. I am taking the Tarte Amazonian Clay 12 Hours Blush in Blushing Bride and apply that on the back of your cheek bone, for a nice settle plumy rose cheek color.

Lips:

1.) Moisturize your lips with a lip balm. I would recommend the Jack Black ones, but today I am using my EOS Lip Balm in Passion Fruit.

2.) Now I am taking a Revlon ColorBurst Lip Butter in Strawberry Shortcake and apply that nicely onto my lips.

3.) The last and final steps for the lips and makeup look is to apply a lipgloss. The one I will be using is the Calvin Klein Delicious Light Glistening Lipgloss in Ultimatum.

Hope you all enjoy the makeup look!

My Morning Skincare Routine!

FINALLY! FINALLY! FINALLY! are what might be going on in your head right now. Finally, Kate it is time for you to do your morning skincare routine. So if you didn't know in October I believe, I did my evening skincare routine. I decided to just go ahead and get up my morning skincare routine, because I am about to change my skincare routine. So I just to go ahead and get it out of the way. Now I do have to say that my morning skincare routine are a lot less step and less harsh you could say. So lets get into it.

Steps:

1.) I wet my face with lukewarm water and than I apply my everyday cleanser. I use the same one that I use in the evening and it is the Philosophy Purity Made Simple Once-Step Facial Cleanser. I just apply it all over my face and just cleanse my skin with it. Then I just cleanse all of that out with lukewarm water and just pat my face dry.

2.) With a cotton ball I take the Shiseido PURENESS Balancing Softener Alcohol-free and just apply it all over my face down to my neck(front and back) and a bit onto the declate. Then, I just wait till it is dry and while I am waiting for it to dry I do my next step which is.

3.) I than, apply an eye cream and I use the Clinique one as always. The Clinique All About Eyes Rich (tout pur les yeux riche).

4.) The last and final step that I do is apply a moisturizer. The moisturizer that I use and absolutely love currently is the Clean & Clear FINISHES Pore Perfecting Moisturizer Oil-Free SPF 15. I know that you guys probably heard me talk about a million time already in my blogs.

And that is it. So as you can tell my morning skincare routine are a lot more cut down and faster. I just don't really feel the need to slather everything on my face in the morning. It is just going to weigh my face down. I do all of these 4 steps every single day as of right now. If I do change my skincare routine I'll update you all on that. Hope you all enjoy it for now!

Haul: Black Friday 2011 Part 1

FINALLY! I get up my Black Friday haul, because I've said that I'll wait till I get everything in first. Because I've ordered from a lot of websites online so I kind of want to combine it with everything I actually bought in action at stores. I am going to divide into two parts, since it will be a pretty long haul if I put everything together. So this first one is going to be all makeup and just beauty related products that I've bought and the next one will be all fashion related. And there are just too many stores that I went and shop at or order online at for me to remember all of their deals and sales. I might even split into three parts for my bath and body related stuff and candles. But every store and online sites that I shopped at all have great deals and no to mention that I also use ebates for my online shopping so I did get a lot of cash backs. Btw, if you don't live in the states or don't know what Black Friday is it is basically a big shopping day across the US the day after Thanksgiving. Many stores have great sales and deals, some even had like a 70% of the entire store. Which is crazy, since that rarely happen. TAG: My Makeup Story

Hey, everyone! Today I'll be doing a tag and it is the "my makeup story tag". I am not sure who created it, but I saw that it is a pretty popular tag on YouTube and I haven't done it yet so I thought why not do it today? It seems like a fun little tag that ask me kind of how I started to be obsess with makeup. Lets get into it, shall we?

Questions:
1. How old were you when you started wearing makeup?
I started wearing makeup since I was like 5 years old, but that was only for fun. I didn't wear it everyday. From time to time, me and my older sister Samantha would go into my mom or my aunt makeup collection and just dig through it and just slather everything onto our face. I remember a time when I literally put like black eyeshadow all over my eyes with red lipstick messily all over my lips and to be honest when I look back at it, it was pretty funny and embarassing. But the age that I ACTUALLY started wearing makeup almost regularly would have to be when I was in eight grade or 13 years old. But all I really wore was some lip gloss and somtime mascara and concealer and a bit of powder.

2. How did you get into makeup?
For having a mom that is a cosmetologist, it was pretty easy for me to get into makeup. I always grow up around makeup, I mean my mom was totally into makeup as much as I am. She always have drawers of makeup, but I remember that she has a lot of Lancome products. I mean she literally have every Lancome products they had at the time. It was actually pretty amazing. So I mostly grow up around Lancome makeup. Lancome was my mom favorite makeup brand, so she would sometime take me and my older sisters to a Lancome counter and buy us makeup sets. And I thought that I was the coolest girl ever getting to wear Lancome makeup.

3. What are some of your favorite brands?
NARS would have to definitely be my favorite makeup brand, but growing up with a ton of Lancome products I would say that Lancome is also one of my all time favorite makeup brands. My other favorite makeup brands are L'Oreal, Revlon, MAC, OCC, Neutrogena, ELF, Giorgio Armani and Chanel.

4. What does makeup mean to you?
Makeup to means a whole lot. I really enjoy makeup. I enjoy putting makeup on myself, on others, talking about it and just looking at it makes me happy. So I would say that makeup to me means happiness and getting to be myself.

5. If you could only wear 4 products on your face what would they be?
Sunscreen, BB Cream, Powder, SPF Lip Balm and Mascara if the sunscreen or lip balm doesn't count.

6. What is your favorite thing about makeup?
My favorite thing about makeup would have to be using it. I love just playing with it and see what I can do with it, you know. I love everything about makeup just to get it out of the way.

7. What do you think about drugstore makeup vs high end makeup?
I LOVE both drugstore makeup and high end makeup equally, so I can't really choose. I mean there are ton of great drugstore makeup brands out there and there are also a bunch of great high end makeup brands out there. So I can't just choose one.

8. What is one tip of advice you can give to a beginner?
Start off small, don't overdo anything. For me, I would say to go less than more. Because if you start off by wearing a little makeup, than if you make a little makeup mistake it won't seem so obvious and ugly. But if you start off by wearing a ton of makeup you can do little mistake, but it will be a lot more obvious if you don't. Since, you highlight and put so much on your face. So don't overdo your mascaras, eyeshadows, blushes, bronzers, highlighters, foundations, powders, concealers, lipsticks and lip glosses. Because if you overdo makeup and don't start off small it does not look flattering at all.

9. What is one makeup trend you never understood?
I never don't really understood any makeup trend, because like I've said before I grow up having a mom that is addicted to makeup. My mom is a professional at makeup, so she has always told me why people does a makeup trend. But one makeup trend that she told me to never do is shaving off your eyebrows and just fills them in. She and probably 90% of everyone thinks that it just look fake and ugly. It just look unnatural and you have no idea how many girls I've saw just have little to no eyebrows and just started to fill them in with eyebrow pencils.

10. What do you think about the beauty community on YouTube?
Being a makeup geek and a beauty blogger I think that the beauty community on YouTube is great. I love how it is really big now and why everyone should love makeup. I mean you don't have to, but makeup is really fun. You get to play with yourself and the person you love with what you love. It also just shows your true self, a person that loves makeup.

Hope you guys enjoyed the tag and hopefully you'll do it too! I tag everyone.

Wearable Festive Christmas Makeup

Today I decided to do a wearable makeup look that you can wear on Christmas or just around the holiday, but of course you can wear this all year round. But I lean this more toward Christmas since Xmas is just right around the corner and the statement colors are green and red. This is actually something that I actually would wear on Christmas, since I am a makeup girl. In this blog post I'll be using both drugstore and high end products. And you do not have to use the exact same products I use, the products are really dupable.

Before Step 1: What I would recommend you doing VERY FIRST is to make sure your lips are exfoliated and moisturized with a lip balm, chapstick or vaseline. This is so that by the time we are done with the eyes and cheeks the moisture will already be in your lips, so the lip colors we will be putting on first will have a nice moisturize base not a slippery base.

Eyes:
1.) Start off by priming your lids, inner corner and lower lashline with your favorite eyeshadow primer or a concealer, I am using the ELF Eyelid Primer.

2.) Then, you are going to take "Tibet" Shimmer Eyeshadow by NARS or just any shimmery white eyeshadow with a fluffy blending brush and you are going to apply that all over your lids into the crease and up onto the brow bone.

3.) With the same fluffy blending brush you are going to take "Mink" single eyshadow by Covergirl or just any shimmery champagney light brown color. And you are going to apply that into your crease really really messy and just kind of blend it down toward your lashline and you want to bring it fairly high as well. This will just act as a nice transitional crease color, it is not at all a loud color by any mean.

4.) After that, take a smaller blending crease brush maybe not too fluffy and you want to take any golden brown color "Tempting" by MAC will be really great. But I am taking Inglot eyeshadow in the number "406" and just apply that into your crease and bring it about half way into the crease and the outer corner. We don't want it too be too dark for the shadows, because we are going for more the settle elegant eye look.

5.) Then, take any green eyeshadow I am using "Palm" from the Stila Fabulous In Fiji Travel Palette and wet it on an angle eyeshadow brush. Just apply it to your upper lash line. This is going to act as a base for the green liner we are going to apply afterward.

6.) Now take any glittery green liquid liner I am using the NYX Glitter Liner in "Jade" it is just a really nice glittery green liner. For NYX if you want to try their glittery liners find the ones with the tossle, the other kind that they have without the tossle is crap in my opinion. So what you want to do with the glittery liner is to make a really long thick wing liner than you want to wait to be completely dry than go over it again, because we want it to be the main focus of the eyes. So we want it to be really vibrate.

7.) Now for the liners, you want to line about 1/3 of the way in on your lower waterline with your favorite eye liner. I am using Sephora Smoky Kohl Eyeliner in "Black".Than, you want to do the rest of your inner lower waterline with a green liner and I am using the Styli-Style Eye-Line & Seal Eyeliners in Green Scene 132. You can find Styli-Style at Walgreens.

8.) Than, with a small brush I am using a really small concealer brush take a matte black eyeshadow I recommend using the Sugarpill Cosmetics Pressed Eyeshadow in "Bulletproof". It is literally one of the best matte black eyeshadow ever, so I'll be using that. So just take it  and smudge out the black liner on your lower waterline.

9.) Lastly, for the eyeshadow take a irrediscent gold eyeshadow color and I am using the yellowish gold one from the Naked Cosmetics Ivory Collection which is "IV-04". So just highlight that in your inner corner and on your brow bones just to slightly highlight it.

10.) The last final steps are and you know the drill curl your lashes and apply your favorite mascara.

Cheeks:
1.) Make sure you have a really nice warm glow to your face, so I am going to just bronze my face and give it a bit of glow with the NARS Bronzer "Laguna". I wouldn't recommend going with a matte bronzer, since we want a nice warm GLOW not a contour. But it is all up to you, this is just what I do and what I recommend people to do.

2.) The last step for you cheek is to apply NARS Multiple in "South Beach" which is a shimmery apricot so it give you both the cheek color and the highlight on your cheeks.

Lips:
1.) For the holidays, I like to go bold on my lips but I still want to look fancy and elegant so I am going to apply the NARS Velvet Matte Lip Pencil in "Dragon Girl" which is a siren red on my lips or just any red lip pencil will do it justice.

2.) Than, you want to apply a red lipstick on top I am using the Maybelline Color Sensational Lipstick in "645 Red Revival" since it goes with the siren red theme.

And that is all to the look, it is super gorgeous, elegant, wearable and fancy. I don't think that it is at all over top for Christmas or just any holidays you celebrate. If you do do this look feel free to send me a picture of you to my twitter which is http://www.twitter.com/sushiflower21 . That is all I have to say and I'll talk to you later in my next blog post.

How To Tips & Tricks: Dry Your Nail Polishes Faster

Since, my mom is a cosmetologist I've learned this trick a few years back and that is how to dry nail polishes faster. I know that not many of people know about this trick and it may seem weird if you've never heard of it before, but I've found that it is a very rare trick that people don't really do. But I promise you it is super easy and you won't regret doing it. And that is using the cold water or ice cube trick to dry your nail faster. It might not make any sense, but I swear to god that it actually works really well. Plus, it is really easy to do and I am sure that everyone have the materials and can all do this, you just have to have patience and you'll know what I mean.

Steps:
1.) All you need is just a bowl or glass or cup of ice cold water or water filled with 2-3 ice cubes. This is because the cold water temperature will help dry your nails a lot faster. Don't worry your nails won't get ruin. And I would recommend doing this step before you do your nails, because your nails can be ruin if you do it after you gave your nails a manicure. You can also do this trick if you have a pedicure.

2.) After, you've done your nails make sure you've done everything that you wanted to be done. So put on your top coat and just everything that you need to do after you do your nails. Than, wait for your nails to get kind of tacky or just wait for about a minute for the actual step.

3.) The last step, is to just dip your nails into the bowl/glass/cup or just whatever you have and wait for at least 60 seconds. I would recommend going as long as you can, because it will be a lot better than the 60 seconds.

4.) Enjoyed your new dried manicure nails.

This trick as you can tell is super cheap, easy and everyone can do it. If you've tried it tell me below if it works for you, because it should works for everyone.

My Bad Beauty Habits

I'm up for another blog post for the day and this one I found to be really interesting, because I feel like since I am so into beauty I shouldn't be having any bad beauty habits. So this blog post will be about my beauty habits that I've found to be bad as far as I know and realize that it's bad. And in one or two months from now I'll be back to tell you guys if I've broke it or if I still do it. So I'll try my best to break it, which I probably won't be able to break all of it but that's okay.

1.) Rubbing my Eyes- I am one of those girls that just love to rub her eyes when she woke up or if it's itchy or if I just feel something uncomfortable in my eyes. And please guys do do do not do this, this will really cause premature wrinkles and age your skin by a bajillion time. So I am trying my hardest to break this one off, I would say that this is the number one dangerous beauty habits I have along with the next one I am going to address.

2.) Protecting my feet, hands and neck- I am really good with apply sunscreen or just a lotion with at least SPF 15 or higher to my body. But what I am really bad at is applying it to my feet, hands and the back of my neck. I just feel so lazy to apply it to those areas, but I am really good with applying it my stomach, arms, legs and just the rest of my body. And this is also really bad because your feet, hands and the back of your neck is where the sun hits the most and one of the first places to show signs of aging. And I am only 18 years old, so I do do not want to my premature wrinkles.

3.) Touching My Face- We have lots of oils and bacterias on our hands so touching your face throughout the day is really bad. It can cause you to break out, because the oils and bacterias on your hand transfers and is touching your face which can cause to break outs. And I sometime just touch my face without even noticing or if it is really itchy or I like to rest my face on my hand sometime. It's bad but it's not as bad as the first two I've addressed.

4.) Teasing/Backcombing my Hair- I am also one of those girls that really want volume at the roots of my hair, so I 90% of the time backcomb or tease my hair when I go outside. This is also really bad, because my hairstylist told me that it is as bad as you dye your hair. But it is just really hard for me to break it off, so I might only backcomb it on special occasion or just a bit because when I backcomb I really backcomb. And it is the same thing as teasing your hair it's just another word for it.

5.) Putting my Hair up in a Rubberband- This one some of you might not think of or think that it is band, but that is putting my hair up in a regular rubberband. This one is really bad, because you are actually tugging and pulling your hair with the rubberband. And it also can leave a bump and it is really hard to get rid of it once you get it. But I don't really put my hair up only if I HAVE to or when I exercise. There is this trick where a lot of hairstylists use and that is using a hair bungee. You can buy packs of these at the beauty supply store or you can create one your own. And it is so much better to put your hair up in a ponytail and plus it does not leave a dent in your hair. But I feel like it just take so much time to use it, so I go the easy way which is using a regular rubberband. And I would recommend using a rubberband that doesn't have those metals things on it, because that will even pull and tug on your hair even more.

6.) Washing my Pillow Cases- I love sleeping and sometime I even sleep with my makeup on, but it is only for like an hour during the day as a nap. But I never sleep my with makeup on for the whole night or for a really long time, because that's just torture for my skin. But it is still bad so I still need to break that off, but sometime my makeup can get onto the pillow cases and I do have to admit that I don't wash my pillow cases that often. I just really lazy to wash it or I just sometime forget. So I really need to start washing it every week from now on and it is best if you sleep on a satin pillow case because it doesn't collect as much bacteria than if it wasn't satin. But I sleep on a satin pillow case so I am fine with that.

7.) Braiding my Hair- I sometime don't feel like doing my hair. So when I take a shower at night I get my hair wet and than I wait for it to be about 85% dry and I just start braiding it to get it ready for the next day. This is so bad for your hair, because it is just bad to style your hair when it is wet or damp or just when it is not completely 100% dry. But I don't do it everyday, I only do it maybe 3-4 times a week. Which is still bad, so I need to break that off. But I probably will excuse if I do it 1-2 times a month, but 3-4 times a week is just not an excuse.

8.) Sleeping with hairspray on- When I curl my hair and than when I get home I sometime would just go to bed and sleep or just take a nap or rest and this is also bad, because the hairspray might touch my face which can cause it to break out. And I literally use hairspray on my hair every single day, which isn't bad but sleeping in it is just bad. So I wouldn't recommend anyone to do this.

9.) Painting my Nails- If you didn't know you should not be painting your nails everyday. Because you should give it time to breathe and have nothing on it. But since I am a nail girl, I have nail polishes on my nails everytime. So I would take it off than right away I would put nail polish on again. And I would suggest to give your nails at least a full 24 hours of rest straight. And I sometime do give it a full 24 hours of rest, but I don't do it every week. So I am going to start doing it every week.

10.) Sleeping on Wet Hair- Sleeping on your hair when it is not 100% dry is really bad. It will damage and ruin your hair. I also don't do this every day just like a few other of my bad beauty habits, but I just want to never ever do it again. That's why I'm listing it here in this post. So I wouldn't recommend anyone doing this.

That's all the bad beauty habits that I've found so far as of right now, but I probably have more but I just couldn't think of it. So if I think of more I will update you guys on that and follow my blog to see what habits I've break and what habits I still do.

Online Shopping Haul: shopcoobie, bornprettystore and shopbop

Today, I'll be doing another haul it is kind of everything beauty related. I ordered all of these online with my own money and some just came in today and other just came in 2 days ago. So this is not a Black Friday haul so you won't be mistaken. I'll be doing a separate one for that probably when I get everything in, because I went to some stores and I also ordered some online so obviously I want to do all of them together and they haven't arrived yet. Expect a huge haul coming soon, but between those I'll be doing other blog posts.

Shopcoobie.com: I'll just go ahead and get start with shopcoobie just to get it out of the way. Today I've received a box of some bras that I had ordered from shopcoobie.com and I've tried all of them on and I actually really liked it. I have heard of this website/brand from one of Ingrid aka missglamorazzi video. So the bras that I ordered are three of the "Coobie Bandeau" in White, Ivory and Island Blue. And one thing that I like about these shopcoobie bras are that you can exercise in them without having to wear a separate bra underneath. So they have padded cushion inside already and it is super comfortable. And the last kind that I purchase is the "Coobie Bra Scoopneck Full Size" in the shades Lilac and Calypso Coral. Also, one little other confession that I have to admit is that I kind of love collecting bras. Which, is really weird since I don't really know anyone that collect bras. But that is one of my other obsession beside makeup and nail polishes. But I don't just collect them for the sake of collecting them, I make sure that I like them and they fit me.

Bornprettystore.com: This next site I was introduced about 4-5 weeks ago I think by another YouTube beauty guru and her name is Brooke or sayanythingbr00ke. So I trusted her and took her advice so I ordered somethings from the bornprettystore.com and I'll just get right into it.

1.) 10 pcs Hello Kitty Nail Art Plates Per Day- The first thing that caught my eye from the site was the Hello Kitty Nail Art Plate in M71. They are like the knockoff version for the Konad nail art plates which if you didn't know already I absolutely love, I probably has over 10 of the Konad plates. And I don't have anything like this already so I just had to get it.

2.) Professional Makeup Cosmetic Protection Loose Powder Puff Sponge- I don't have any off those makeup powder puff sponges for like loose powders or touch ups, so I just got 2 of them. Which, I know some people maybe against since they said that they collect bacteria. But I probably will only use it for touch ups. So I purchase 2 of those and they were onyl $2.03 each so really cheap.

3.) Deluxe Austria Crystal Four Leaf Clover Pattern Brooch Pin- I also had to get the brooch they had. It was just too adorable to forget about and it was really inexpensive too for a nice brooch. And that was the last thing I purchase at bornprettystore.

Shopbop.com: If you guys don't know what shopbop.com is basically, it is just a site that sells designer stuff for a discount. So I would recommend checking them out for good deals.

1.) MINKPINK Line Up Striped Layered Tank in Blue/White- This shirt was on the 70% off part and it was ONLY $18. That is like really cheap for a designer product and shopbop and not to mention that it was super cute, so I just had to get it.

2.) Enza Costa Oversized Cardigan in Navy Sailor Stripe- The stripes trend are really in this fall and winter, so the next clothing item that I got from shopbop is really unique it is a LONG cardigan that goes all the way to the ankles. I have nothing like this at all in my closet and I am a fashion girl, so that says alot about this cardigan it is very unique. So for $65 it was totally worth it, as far as I remember it was also on the 70% off part of shopbop.

3.) Milly Siennea Belted Cape in Midnight/Gold- Capes are really in this fall and winter and they are already in right now. I've seen many celebrities, models and even Girls' Generation(SNSD) rocking the cape trend this fall and winter. So I decided to invest in this really nice quality Milly Siennea cape. It is super cute and fit me really well. And if you are wondering I am in size 6 for it, I am really tall and really skinny but not anorexic skinny so don't think that I have a eating disorder. I just have really high metabolism. And I cannot to wear this a lot for years.

4.) J Brand Leather Skinny Pant in Red- I was there originally looking for a leather jacket, but I didn't really like any of the leather jackets that they had so I just went ahead and bought a leather pant instead. Now I love leather pants, but I only have two and they're both black. So I bought a red one from the brand J Brand and it is suppose to be really in. Since leather are really in and colored pants are also the trend for fall and winter so I am also really excited to wear this leather pants. I think that they would look great with the cape I got or boots that hit right below your knees. And that is the last thing that I ordered from shopbop and it was $896 but it was totally worth it, I can tell that I am going to get a lot of uses out of it before it wears out. But it probably won't be until maybe 3-5 years from now, so until than I'll probably get like tons of uses out of it.

And that is all the things that I ordered from the online stores I had recently shopped at. Hope you all enjoyed it!

Holiday Gifts Ideas for Girls

Just sitting on my bed enjoying the night, I manage to get another blog post up for the day. I might get another one up as well later on, but I'm not sure. So I'll have to see and look into that, but I cannot believe that Black Friday is less than 3 hours away. I'll definitely be doing some major shopping online and at stores.

Anyhow, Christmas is right around the corner for everyone, which means presents and gifts time. And even if you don't celebrate Christmas this blog posts will still be great if you are looking for gift ideas for girls. Now I wouldn't say that all girls would like this. This is just girls that similar to me. It is more to girls that love makeup, beauty, fashion, movies, books etc. And this is something that I would actually give to someone as a present and gift.

Gifts Ideas:
1.) Makeup Palettes/Sets- For the holidays, as a gift I know that as a girl I love getting makeup palettes or sets as a present. So I would say to invest in a good palette for the person that you care about. You can find a lot of makeup palettes and sets around the holidays right now at stores like Sephora, Ulta and even Target. I would recommend checking out BH Cosmetics, Pixi and Urban Decay for great palettes or sets.

2.) Brush Sets- To continue, with the makeup theme part of this blog post getting nice brush sets is also great. A lot of different companies have amazing brush sets for amazing deals, I would suggest to check out Sigma Makeup.

3.) Gift Cards- Every Christmas I've received tons of gift cards from my relatives and friends to many stores. I especially love gift cards to the movies, Sephora, MAC, Target, Forever21 and just all of those fun girly stores.

4.) Boots- I also have received and would actually give boots to people. My favorite kind of boots are leather boots that hits just right below the knees or just any other shoes will work. So I would recommend to maybe ask a person that know the girl you want to buy the shoe to what shoe size she wears. This way she won't know what she will be receiving for Christmas.

5.) Clothes/PJs- Every year my parents would always buy me a pair of new pajamas from department stores like JcPenney or stores like Victoria's Secret and I love it. Also, just getting clothes overall is great and I love it.

6.) Perfumes/Body Splash/Body Mist/Body Spray- Also, every year I have received at least one perfume, body splash, body mist or body spray. Last year, I had received the Escada Magnetism Perfume for Women in the 1.7 oz one and I loved it. Sadly though it has been discontinued, so I am trying to use it sparingly.

7.) Bags/Purses- I sometime give bags or purses to my relatives or friends. And I've alway received a few bags for a few of my past Christmas. I always feel so greatful and thankful when I do. So I recommend getting her a purse that you think she will like and that fits her style. I personally love satchels the most.

8.) Accessories/Jewelries- As a remember piece for the Christmas, I'd say to buy her accessory(ies) or really nice jewelry(ies). Or even get her an expensive watch or charm bracelet or even a locket necklace, so she can put a picture inside it. So I would recommend going for accessories and jewelries if you are stuck, because you can never go wrong with it. I also love scarves, which I guess is a type of accessories and even sunglasses would be great.

9.) Makeup Bag/Set- If she is really into makeup like me, I would say to go ahead and buy her a makeup bag or makeup bags set that would beest suit her personality and style. I would recommend to check out http://shopglitzyglam.com/ they have great little gifts and products that would be great as gifts or stocking stuffers. One of my favorite from the website are the keychains, they are absolutely adorable and no glitzyglam is not sponsoring me to mention them in this post.

10.) Hair- I would recommend giving her some little cute pieces of hair accessories if she love doing her hair. So I would say to get her some pack of hair ties, bobbi pins, clips, brushes, combs, bows or even some heat styling tools. It would make a really great Christmas presents.

11.) Books- Not only am I a makeup, beauty and fashion girl but I am also a bookworm girl if that makes any sense. So every Christmas I always received 3-7 books and they all ranges from different generes. But my favorite kind of books to read are vampires, European historical fiction and just really good novels overall. Chic flick is also one of my favorite genre of books to read.

12.) Movies- And of course we cannot forget about the movies. If the girl you are planning to give presents to doesn't like reading books, try movies instead. It's a great alternative. So try to figure out what kind of movies she like. Most girls including me love chic flick, romance and scary movies. But I wouldn't say to go too scary, since it's a Christmas present we don't want it to be dark. Although, it is all up to you and the receiver of the present(s).

13.) CDs/Albums- I absolutely love K-Pop so I love getting K-Pop albums as a gift. But get her some CDs and albums that you think she would really like. Try to find one that best suits her taste.

14.) Another suggestion- I almost forgot about this last suggestions and I was like how could I get it and it is nail polishes. Get her nail polishes sets or just a few great quality polishes IF she is into doing her nails. So even getting her some nail tools that would be great.
Hopefully, one of these holiday gifts ideas inspires you on what to get for the receiving girl.
