Book Haul!

I know that I just did a haul yesterday, but that was beauty related. So I think you guys can accept that I am doing a haul back to back. Although, this one is very educational and can encourage more people especially young children and teens to read. So I just went to a local Barnes & Nobles and I picked up some new books. This is going to be my very first ever book haul on this blog, because I've done a few before on my twitter account and you guys seem to really like it.

1.) "Bloodlines" by Richelle Mead- If you know me you'll know that I am in love with the Vampire Academy series by Richelle Mead. I've finished all of the six books in that series. Today I picked up a book from the spin off for the Vampire Academy series. It is will be having the side characters from the Vampire Academy series Sydney, Eddie, Jill and Adrian. I am not sure how I will like this spin off series and this first book, because when I was reading Vampire Academy I kind of think that Sydney storyline is a bit boring. But I'm not sure, since she will the main character in "Bloodlines". I guess I'll get to know more about her and maybe understand her more, so it might not be that boring. So "Bloodlines" is the first book of this new spin off series by Richelle Mead and it is going to be the name of this series.

2.) "The Red Queen" by Philippa Gregory- The next book I picked up is from the Cousins' War series by Philippa Gregory. If you don't know who she is, she is the author for one of my favorite books series The Tudor series. I've read all of the books in her "The Tudor" series and I loved them all. So that's why I decided to picked up another book of her. Plus, I've also read the first book of this series which is "The White Queen" and I totally loved that book. So I was like hey why not picked up the sequel to it. Now I am not sure if I will like this book as much as I like "The White Queen", because if you have read "The White Queen" you'll know that "The Red Queen" is the enemy for "The White Queen" and her family. But I have to see, if I pity "The Red Queen" as much as I did for "The White Queen". "The White Queen" is based on Elizabeth Woodville and "The Red Queen" is going to be about Lady Margaret Beaufort.

3.) "The Maze Runner" by James Dashner- This book I am so excited to read about, since I've read the back of it while I was in the bookstore and it seems really interesting. The storyline is really similar to "The Hunger Games" series by Suzanne Collins. So if you've read "The Hunger Games" and liked it you'll probably like this series too, since it is pretty similar. This is the first book of "The Maze Runner" series by James Dashner. So as soon as I've finished this book, I definitely have to pick up the second book from this series as well.

4.) "Before I Fall" by Lauren Oliver- The next book I picked up is pretty sad in my opinion and it is written by a pretty new author Lauren Oliver. I also read online somewhere that it was option to be made into a movie by 20th Century Fox. So I am super excited for that, since I think this is going to be a really good book. Long story short, it is about a girl name Samantha she has to go through her last day before she dies seven times. Each time she goes through she learn new values.

5.) "The Iron King" by Julie Kagawa- The last book I bought is from the "Iron Fey" series by Julie Kagawa. It seems really interesting so I picked it up. If I like it I'll probably go picked up the sequel to this book. This book is about this girl name Meghan Chase she has a secret destiny and dark things started to appear in her life. I just love these kind of books along with vampires. They just never gets old for me.
